It has been 8 weeks since my bilateral mastectomy, and although I ordered the size as instructed after taking a questionnaire for best fit, this bra is still extremely uncomfortable. The ONLY way I can put it on is to put it on backwards so I can fasten the 3 hook & eye sets, then "crawl" it around by stretching out the band just enough to grab it with my fingers, then slip my arms through the straps (still challenging because of my now-weaker arms. I've been in a couple of situations where I HAD to wear it at a professional conference, but could only tolerate it for about 4 hours. Hoping that SOME DAY I will lose some of the extra tissue below my armpits and this bra will fit better. This bra cannot possibly be a 36 B! My "regular" bras that are 34 B still fit, but of course they're "regular bras" and I no longer "own" what used to fill the cups. (P.S. I ordered a slightly different style from another source, same size, and I can't even begin to fasten the closures on those! Way too depressing! I wish pocket bras came with fastener extensions designed to match the hook & eye sets. That might allow for a margin of error. Surely the manufacturer/vendor could make that accommodation! And it would eliminate at least one stressful event for women who already have a whole new set of challenges to deal with the rest of our lives. And I would gladly give a higher review. I love the feel of the material. If only it wasn't so blamed tight. :(This is the first mastectomy bra I've owned that I haven't wanted to rip off when I get home at the end of the day! It doesn't appear that the straps are longer, but I have them adjusted comfortably and there is still a little extension left. I, too, wish the lace was just a little higher, but it will work. I'm ordering a second!Very satisfied with this bra; fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Will purchase more in the future. The molded cups are slightly larger than the same size cups on all my other bras so the cups aren't full when the prothesis are inserted and collapse a little under clothes, ruining the line.My wife is very pleased with this product. Most comfortable she has gotten yet. She will probably order more in the future if needed. Had an issue in the beginning but their customer service took care of promptly. My favorite of all the post-mastectomy bras I've worn. Even though other bras are paid for by insurance, I pay for these out of my pocket. They are seamless and give a smoother, more natural look under soft fabrics like tees and silky fabrics. If you are long waisted and need more strap length, this is the one to get. I have a really hard time with straplength, even having to add to the length of them. So, this one worked great. Very comfortable and a nicelace inset to cover the inside edge, where a prosthesis usually doesn't.satisfied.
