Dropper got looser everytime I rode. Now it moves about 3/4 of an inch . When riding seated the saddle rotates side to side as you peddle. No Thanks, won't be buying PNW dropper again. Shame because I like their bars, grips and peddlesUpdate! --So I emailed pnw last night and when I woke up today there is a shipping return label and an order confirmation for a new dropper being sent to me. The fastest turnaround possible. Now that's customer service.
